Prenatal Visits

From the moment you discover you're expecting, I offer prenatal support to help you prepare physically, emotionally, and mentally for childbirth. By Your Side provides personalized birth planning, childbirth education, and assistance in understanding your options for labor and birth.

BIRTH PLANNING & PREP/Childbirth education

This service can help parents feel more informed, confident, and empowered as they approach their babys arrival, and can help ensure that their birth experience aligns with their goals and values leading to better birth outcomes and a more positive childbirth experience.

Labor & birth Support

The goal of labor and birth support is to help women/birthing people feel empowered, informed, and supported through breathing and relaxation exercises, massage, positioning and movement, and advocacy for your birth preferences.

Postpartum Care

Services include infant care, breastfeeding/feeding support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and emotional support. Postpartum doula care can help ease the transition to parenthood, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote maternal and family wellbeing.

Breastfeeding/FEEDING Support

Breastfeeding/feeding support services aim to provide evidence based education, and practical tips to help mothers (or those who are chest feeding) overcome feeding challenges and establish a positive feeding relationship with their babies.

Whether you hired me for 2 days or 6 weeks, I always check in on my past clients! And my texts/emails are always open for a quick question or two if needed.

Birth Doula

Plan dependent (essential or indulgent), you’ll get 2-3 prenatal visits, 1-2 virtual appointments, unlimited email and text support from time of booking, Birth-day Support, 1-2 in home postpartum visits, local and web based resource list/referrals, feeding help, postpartum planning, physiological birth education and unlimited questions.
Birth and Postpartum Duo
If the Indulgent Birth Package and the Nourishing 4th had a baby...this would be it. The ultimate gift to yourself and your family; a birth doula and 64 hours of postpartum care. Includes all the benefits of both packages but at a slightly discounted rate.

POSTPARTUM DOULA

Postpartum support is a true passion of mine so I offer multiple options for my clients to choose from. Please remember that you DO NOT need to have been a birth client to hire me as your postpartum doula.
Welcome Home- The First 48 Hours
This is the package to help you get settled in as a family and some much-needed rest. I provide 8 hours of care spread over two days. Maybe you have family or friends coming to stay, but they won’t arrive right away. No matter if you’ve had a home, birth center or hospital birth (surgical or vaginal), this package is great for those who need a little extra help in those first few days.
Week-By-Week
The Week-by-Week Package is recommended for those who only require a week or two of postpartum care. I will provide you with 12 hours of tailored postpartum care split into 3x4 sessions. I recommend the first session be within a few days of you and baby being home.
Nourishing 4th Trimester
This package is designed to mother the mother and help the family transition during those first 6 weeks. I will provide you with 12 hours of care per week, spread out over 3 days; this will likely change week by week based on you and your family’s needs. We'll spend a total of 64 hours together.
Overnight Support
Overnight support consists of an overview of the day, feeding support, diaper changes, bathing and getting baby to sleep. Evening support is fantastic for families that breast or bottle feed and who are just looking for extra rest (who isn’t?!).
Virtual Doula Support
Sometimes we need extra support, but we aren’t in the right space for someone to be in our home or maybe you’ve moved but want continuity of care! Enter “Virtual Doula Check-Ins” with yours truly! I’ll be there to listen and guide you through your postpartum in the same way that I would in person, no matter where you are.

THE REAL BIRTH WORKSHOP

I became certified while living in the UK as a Real Birth Workshop Teacher! This workshop is designed to teach pregnant women and people about the physiological aspect of birth in a holistic and evidence based way. This course comes with an online access pass so the course content can be looked over after our class together!
Currently offering one on one classes, group classes coming in the future. This price is for the pregnant person and a partner. Extra partners can be added for $50/pp.
